No Internet
One of the most frustrating problems we can face is the internet going down. You have no WIFI, the Phone or Tv, won't connect to the wireless and you can't get email or Facebook on your laptop anymore because the internet isn't going! Don't worry we can help! We're experts at fixing internet issues. This issue can happen more often than you think. We have experience with anything from dead routers through to a dodgy connection at the ISP's end. It's very common for routers to have a fault or to require resetting from time to time.
A quick thing you can do if you have no internet, is to restart router. The router is a small box with flashing lights on it usually connected to a white Box or (ONT router) on your wall. Find the power switch and turn it off for 1 minute, then turn it on and wait 3 to 5 minutes. Typically, it will connect within a minute or two but sometimes it can take longer. If that does not help, then we can come take a look.
